I stayed here for the month of June, doing a mixture of working and holidaying – here’s what I loved about the place.Studios: Simple but nice and clean rooms. Fabulous sea views. Kitchenette had most of the things needed so that I could eat in a fair bit, using the hob, toaster etc. Enough storage space for a holiday place too. I really enjoyed being able to have breakfast on the terrace listening to the sparrows chirping. The road outside is quiet too. As I was working remotely, I really appreciated the WiFi in the rooms which was perfectly adequate – I could have video meetings perfectly fine.Location: This was perfect as you get the best of both worlds. Six minute walk to Roussoum beach (not my favourite beach, but it has nice snorkelling and a few little tavernas – I could snorkel in my lunch hour which was ideal!). Less than 10 minute walk to the main port area along a lovely little stone path. You’re also not far from the rocks which has a ladder down to the sea – great for snorkelling also with some interesting underwater architecture. If you’re ok to walk, Milia beach is about 45 mins walk via Votsi which was my favourite.Price: I think this represents really good value for money.Customer service: This is excellent. When there was a small issue in the room (the AC didn’t work), it was fixed within hours. The place is kept spotless and things are cleaned as needed. Most importantly for me, Litsa is the sweetest person. I feel like I will miss seeing her everyday and she made me feel as welcome as she could. Our language barrier never seemed an issue, and she was always kind and supportive, and I felt like I had a local mother! (Litsa I will miss you – thank you for having me!!).This is a great find and I wholeheartedly recommend it. Great rooms, great price, great location and wonderful hosts.

The location. It was close to port. The sea view was stunning. It was very clean, and we had our bedsheets cleaned frequently. The host was very sweet and helpful. We had a public bus stop very close to the apartments that went from port to old town and to steni vala.

We are very happy with our choice. Litsa was a wonderful hostess! A very pleasant woman! The hotel is small but very clean and has everything you need for a short stay in Alonissos. The beach of Rousom Gialos is within walking distance, but I recommend renting a car and seeing other beautiful beaches. There is a place to park in front of the house. Everything is VERY clean in the room, Litsa regularly cleans and changes linen. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. There is a kettle, coffee machine and capsules for it, a minimum of plates and cutlery that we used. A small balcony facing east, but since there are shutters, the sun doesn't bother you in the morning. But in the afternoon it is nice to sit there. There are also partitions, so we had our own privacy and we felt comfortable. The lighting in the bathroom was good. We felt as at home. Thank you, Litsa! It was very nice to meet such a nice and kind woman!

CLEAN and beautifully renovated room with a view. Smiling hosts. What more could you ask for.

The owner was kind, smiling and willing to give us directions and advice for anything we wanted. The location is central. On foot 5 minutes from the wine press. It was quiet and had a wonderful view of the sea. The nearby beach was just as good. The room is excellent. Spotlessly clean and generally perfectly organized.

Ms. Litsa is very kind and very hospitable as if we were staying with a very close relative, the cleaning in the room was daily and the sheets were changed which I personally consider excessive, I recommend it unreservedly...

We stayed for 3 nights in a king room in August 2024. The room was amazing. Beautifully designed, with sea view, super clean, comfy matress and amenities that you wouldn't expect (there was also a sewing kit and a hairspray. And for breakfast a nespresso machine and rusks with marmalade every day). It's 7-8 min. walk from the harbor and 5 min. walk from Rousoum Gialos. Easy to park compared to other places in Patitiri and close to supermarkets and grocery stores. We cannot thank enough Mrs. Litsa. She is a sweet and thoughtful person attending every detail. Highly recommended.

Litsa Studios makes our holidays more beautiful. Balcony with sea view, clean room, very nice host Litsa. Help us with all: rent bike, taxi. I recommend you this place. Worth 100 % and very good price in high season. Thank you❤️
